Do Lectures – Rolf Potts

by Scott Kostolni

Rolf Potts has become a huge inspiration for both my desire to travel and in helping me define the type of experiences that I am looking for.  His book Vagabonding details a style of travel that can be life changing.  This video he gave at the Do Lectures covers 5 travel tips you can use at home, it also shows some amazing pictures and stories he’s had while traveling.

I urge anyone interested in long term travel to read is blog and get yourself a copy of his book.

Just don’t become the next Chris McCandles. He was the one from Into the Wild.

@Jeremy I still haven’t seen that movie, or read the book but from what I’ve heard it’s rather depressing. My life is not going to be depressing i’ll be too busy for all of that. Is it worth the read?
