Is There A Minimalist Elite? – Click Here
Some people seem to think there is. There has been a small undercurrent of posts recently that seem to be knocking anyone who isn’t living out of a backpack and getting a new stamp in their passport every other week. Minimalism may be going off track just a little bit. On Minimalist Packrat Tanja confronts some of these ideas and offers her own solution.

I love packing lists, and especially ones with pictures. Over at The Everyday Minimalist is a great post with tons of pictures outlining everything she will be bringing with her to Asia. It’s extremely well done and I was amazing at how little she will be traveling with. It puts my list to shame! =)
I hope you guys find some new stuff in these links and I’ll see ya next week!

Hey Scott,
Man I saw that video of Don and Bernie’s yesterday and I was rolling off my chair laughing so hard. I think it’s something that a lot of minimalist bloggers will find hilarious. My minimalist honey (who’s naturally minimal but not really much into thinking about it) didn’t find it nearly as funny. He chuckled a few times but not like me!
Cheers,
Tanja
Hey Tanja,
Yea I loved the video!! It sounds like the conversations I’ve been hearing when my friends try to explain what I’m doing. So funny! Thanks for the comment!!

Thanks for linking to my post
I think I could cut it down a bit more. I can’t bring shorts (I don’t own any) but maybe I’ll put skirts in there instead or another dress.
Hey!! Thank you for the comment. One of the things I really admired about your list was that you not only packed comfortable clothes but also stuff to go out in. It’s really nice to see that a person can travel ultra light and still have a fancier outfit or two.
